We act as a facilitator between clients and third-party service providers (airlines, embassies, hospitals, hotels, etc.).

2. Booking & Payment

• All bookings must be confirmed with full or partial payment as required.

• Prices are subject to change without notice until confirmed by payment.

• Once a booking is confirmed, it is non-transferable and non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

• Payments can be made via bank transfer, mobile banking, or cash as per our accepted methods.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Airline tickets and hotel bookings are subject to the cancellation policy of the respective provider.

• Visa fees and service charges are non-refundable once the application process begins.

• In case of medical travel, hospital or doctor cancellation fees may apply.

• Any refund will be processed within a reasonable timeframe after deduction of applicable charges.

4. Medical Disclaimer

• We are not a medical provider and do not offer medical advice. All health-related decisions should be made by the patient in consultation with qualified medical professionals.

• While we coordinate medical travel and appointments, we are not liable for the outcome of any treatment or procedure.

• Medical documents and information shared with us will be handled confidentially and shared only with the relevant hospitals or professionals.

5. Travel Documentation

• Clients are solely responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, and required documents.

• Univench Travels can assist with the visa process, but final approval rests with the relevant embassy or immigration authority.

6. Limitation of Liability

Univench Travels Agency shall not be held liable for:

• Flight delays, cancellations, or reschedules by airlines.

• Visa rejections or delays from embassies or consulates.

• Medical complications or treatment outcomes.

• Loss, theft, or damage of luggage or personal belongings during travel.

7. Client Responsibility

• Clients must provide accurate and truthful information during booking and visa processing.

• Any misconduct, misrepresentation, or failure to comply with the rules of travel or treatment facilities will be the client’s responsibility.

8. Changes to Services

We reserve the right to update or change any part of our services, pricing, or these terms at any time. All changes will be updated on our website or communicated via email/notice.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh.
